Since Fred Hermann founded our company back in 1927, Hermann Services has always been proud to play an important role as a leading corporate citizen and do our part to help those among our community who find themselves in need. Hermann Cares is a philanthropic initiative that organizes our charitable activities into a comprehensive effort that helps us to communicate, educate, and be more intentional in our efforts to support our communities.

We invite you to join us on any of our initiatives whenever possible. Together we will continue to build awareness and make a difference in as many lives as possible. Toys for Tots

A proud partner since 2004 and a national corporate sponsor, Hermann Cares participates in Toys for Tots every holiday season. With community-wide toy drives, an Amazon wish list, and generous donations from our employees, clients, vendors, and third-party partners, we’re proud to deliver joy nationwide during the holidays.

Wreaths Across America

Hermann Cares first partnered with Wreaths Across America in 2018 to deliver wreaths to cemeteries hosting wreath-laying ceremonies for veterans. Every year since then, we donate our trucks and time to send boxes of wreaths to locations across the country and place them on the graves of those who are gone but not forgotten.

Project Protect our Children

We wrapped our first trailers with Project Protect our Children’s branding and information in 2021. Founded in 2019, the non-profit focuses on ending child trafficking, exploitation, and abuse before it starts through education, engagement, and empowerment. As a family-owned and -operated company, we provide our drivers with flexible schedules to give them more time with their loved ones, and we believe deeply in protecting all children from abuse and exploitation.

Hugs for Brady

Hermann Services has put much time and effort into supporting local charities over the years, which was recognized by the township of South Brunswick at an awards ceremony in 2015. That is where we met Mike Wells who, along with his wife Sherri Wells, started the Hugs for Brady Foundation after their 18-month-old son, Brady, was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. In talking about how to get the foundation more exposure, Mike came up with the idea of outfitting one of our semi-trucks with a huge Hugs for Brady trailer wrap. The trailer can still be seen making rounds throughout New Jersey!

South Brunswick Food Pantry and Adopt-a-Family

Every year since 2015, Hermann Cares participates in South Brunswick’s Food Pantry and Adopt-a-Family. By hosting food drives and sponsoring local families, Hermann Cares has helped drive out hunger in the South Brunswick area.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Hermann Cares is also filled with dozens of athletes! Since 2011, Hermann Services has sponsored employees, customers, vendors, friends and family to participate in events hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society such as: Mud Run, MS Walk, and Bike MS New York.
